    Sadness has hit me after watching this video. I am a 16 y/o guy amd I workout some what often and I look pretty muscular. I am not fat looking and I do not have any excessive or any big amounts of fat on any part of my body. I learned I have gyno from this video. My chest is how he described. Or have done a shit ton of push ups and other chest workouts and it has helped me build muscle but it still looks like I have man boobs. Guess I have to get medical help....
    When losing weight, its random, you cant target a certain area... any part of your body you work out... its a whole body work out.
    If you have Gyno, you have low testosterone (possibly)...So Athlean X, is it still possible to build muscle if you have low testosterone.

    I look a little like I have gyno but it's soft in most of it but firm towards the end. I'm also doing a lot of working out recently so I guess i'll know for sure when I hit my ideal weight for my size. If my boobs still exist then I probably have gyno.. I'm against surgery and anything that isn't natural hard work and diet but if it's something I physically can't fix and I still want fixed then I might consider it..

You could watch this and see how many calories you need in a day and eat that amount of calories (every food item has how many calories it has on the back of the package so it's quite easy to see how much you're already eating in a day by adding all the numbers on the different packages up). Just don't starve yourself, keep trying to eat healthy foods with not too much fat and sugar and you'll be fine. And if i were you i'd do 3x10 or 3x20 push ups and 3x30sec. planks and the day after 3x10 squats without weights, but i'd look up on how to perform a squat correctly on youtube first. I'd do the push ups and planks on monday and the sqauts on tuesday, take wednesday off, then i'd do the push ups and planks on thursday and squats on firday and then take the weekend off. Or you can do them all on monday, take tuesday off, do em again on wednesday, take thursday off, do em again on friday and then take the weekend off. Have fun on your journey!.

    for tkdartistmom, carpal tunnel stretches for pain relief: hold your hands stretched out in front of you, then make a fist with each hand, bend each fist downward, raise back up with fist still clenched, then stretch fingers back out straight. it is supposed to open up the tunnel around the carpal nerve in your wrists.

Chances are you are sinking your body into your wrists when doing push ups or plank.
